Privacy policy
Last updated: November 2026.
Avanza Technology sets up AI receptionists that answer calls on behalf of service businesses. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
Who controls the data
When the receptionist answers a call for a client business, that business decides how its customers’ data is used. Avanza Technology processes it on the business’s behalf, only to provide the service.
What data we handle
- What the caller says during the call: name, phone number, service address and a description of what they need.
- The call recording and transcript.
- Technical call details: calling number, date, time and duration.
- If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, your name, number or email address and what you tell us.
How we use it
- To book the visit and send the call summary to the business.
- To improve the answers of that business’s receptionist.
- To reply to people who contact us directly.
We don’t sell personal data or use it to send advertising to callers.
Who we share it with
With the business the person called, and with the technology providers that run the service: telephony, voice, AI, automation and email. Those providers only process the data to provide their service.
How long we keep it
For as long as the client business keeps the service, and no more than 12 months after each call, unless the business asks us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hola@avanzatechnology.online. We reply within 30 days.
Texts and calls
We only send text or WhatsApp messages to people who asked for them or gave us their number for that purpose. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP or asking us in writing.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above.
